As a HR Operations Specialist, you are required to provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for HR support of associates, management, and HR internal teams. This includes evaluating and analyzing the request or concern, quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate resolution or escalation, and communicating the resolution and be consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) core responsibilities. In this role, you will also be responsible provide guidance and resolutions regarding HR policy-Related questions, provide guidance to internal and Business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder and Vendor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence SLAs.
Work extensively with Workday HRMS for employee data management, Reporting, and analytics.
Manage SAP processes related to purchase requisitions (PR) and invoice processing.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards to provide insights on key metrics (e.g.,Attrition, headcount, and compliance).
Generate and present regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
Support audits by providing vital documentation and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Onboarding and Offboarding
Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and induction.
Handle offboarding processes, including exit formalities, clearance, and feedback collection.
- HR Operations and Process Optimization
We are looking for candidate who Handle day-to-day HR operational activities, including employee queries and support.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement standard methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure consistent application of policies across the organization.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in HR operations with hands-on experience in Workday HRMS and SAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and other reporting tools for data analysis and dashboards.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of compliance and labor laws.
