Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and periodically audit all employee life-cycle records, ensuring 100% compliance with internal policies and applicable local labor laws.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for Hollister commercial.
- Work with external HR vendors and service providers; managing contracts, renewals, SLA performance, and monthly invoicing.
- Execute complete administrative logistics for employee onboarding and exits, including documentation, system access provisioning, and final settlement coordination.
- Compliances: Monitor, update, and maintain statutory registers, filings, and commercial entity licenses to ensure ongoing HR compliances.
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including insurance enrollments, employee data management, and upkeep of the central HRIS and employee records.
- Review existing HR operational processes and documentation; recommend and implement improvements to enhance administrative efficiency and consistency.
- Handle all the HR operations related tasks including but not limited to HRIS, Employee Engagement, Statutory compliances and HR reports
In the office at least
four days per week. The default will be inoffice, with one flex day coordinated with your manager
