Job Responsibilities

Job description:

  • Execute routine HR transactions including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and benefits setup.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.

  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, pay, benefits, leaves, performance management, and company guidelines via Workday Help/ServiceNow escalate when required: escalate complex issues appropriately.

  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

  • Contribute to process documentation, SOP updates, and knowledge base documentation to drive efficiency in a tiered service delivery model

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other HR functions to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Participate in projects and provide input from an operational perspective.

  • Manage workload effectively, prioritizing based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to quickly multi-task among competing priorities while meeting competing deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer services skills whilst maintaining confidentiality, ability to interact and build relationships to balance employee needs with business requirements.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS systems PeopleSoft experience a plus.

Ability to operate independently with some supervision required.Behaves in Ethical and Compliant manner and encourages others to do the same.
