Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to improve morale, motivation, and workplace culture
- Handle end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring healthy employee relations
- Support HR initiatives related to retention, performance, and career development
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements
- Ensure adherence to company policies, HR processes, and compliance standards
- Assist in HR documentation, reports, and employee data management
- Support internal communication and HR-driven events or programs
Qualifications
- Candidate those who are looking for long-term careers in employee engagement, 2. 1-5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or Post-Graduation
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of HR processes, recruitment cycle, and employee lifecycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle employee concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS/ATS tools
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory
