Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Operations Specialist with a strong focus on Advanced Payroll. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, demonstrating expertise in operations and payroll management. This role requires a strong understanding of backend HR processes and systems, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective payroll processing.
- Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and HR operations.
- Manage consultant relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes and systems.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and present reports on payroll metrics and HR operations performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on payroll and operations.
- Proven knowledge in consultant management and relationship building.
- Strong understanding of backend HR processes and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
