The HR Solution Delivery Lead will drive end‑to‑end execution, governance, and continuous improvement of key HR lifecycle processes at Domino's India. The role ensures seamless onboarding, a robust MIT (Manager‑in‑Training) pipeline, actionable exit insights, and strong workforce availability to support operational excellence and business growth.
Responsibilities
Onboarding Excellence
- Deliver a consistent, high‑quality onboarding experience across all sites.
- Manage pre‑joining engagement, documentation, induction, and the 30/60/90 integration cycle.
- Improve onboarding KPIs such as readiness, new hire experience, and early attrition.
MIT Journey Governance
- Own the complete MIT lifecycle, from selection to certification.
- Collaborate with L&D and Operations to ensure structured learning and milestone completion.
- Monitor MIT dashboards and drive actions to strengthen throughput and talent pipelines.
Exit Insights & Retention Analytics
- Strengthen the exit interview process, data accuracy, and reporting discipline.
- Convert exit trends into actionable insights for HR and Operations teams.
- Support targeted retention strategies for high‑churn business units and roles.
Workforce Availability & Deployment
- Track staffing health, absenteeism, and bench availability for stores.
- Forecast workforce requirements for new stores, seasonal peaks, and business expansion.
- Implement process improvements to minimize staffing gaps and speed up deployment.
Solution Delivery & Process Improvement
- Act as the central HR delivery partner to identify and solve lifecycle process gaps.
- Lead SOP design, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Drive governance through data, dashboards, and recurring review mechanisms.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of HR experience in HR operations, process excellence, or solution delivery.
- Experience in retail, QSR, FMCG, or multi‑location environments preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
