Job Description

The HR Administrator plays a key role in supporting the global HR team by delivering efficient, accurate, and timely administrative services. This position manages daytoday employee queries, provides general HR guidance, and ensures smooth execution of global HR processes. The role is essential to maintaining a wellorganized HR function that meets internal customer expectations, supports business needs, and complies with legal and organizational requirements.

What We Expect from You

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of HR policies relevant to the role.
  • Understand the HR function's priorities, business objectives, and how they align with the responsibilities of the role.
  • Efficiently manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare employment-related documents including offer letters, employment contracts, and experience letters.
  • Use HR systems, tools, and processes effectively, ensuring tasks are completed within required timelines set by legislation, payroll schedules, and company standards.
  • Ensure accurate completion of righttowork checks and background verification processes.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and accessible digital employee records in the HR document management system.
  • Support employees by responding to queries promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and projects, recommending process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Deliver consistent, highquality HR support in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and stay updated on relevant regulatory changes.
  • Carry out any other duties appropriate to the role.

What Experience will You Bring to the Role

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • 25 years of experience in HR operations within global processes, with strong attention to detail and strict adherence to established procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new policies, processes, and HR systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective active listening abilities to understand and respond to employee queries and concerns.
  • Prior experience in an HR administrative role is preferred.
