As a Specialist I - HR Advisory here at Honeywell, you will act as a strategic partner to the organization, providing guidance and support to people leaders in human resource processes. This role focuses on enhancing manager capability, driving self-service solutions, and fostering a collaborative environment for continuous improvement.

You will report directly to our Director HR Advisory, and you'll work out of our Bengaluru, Karnataka, India location.

In this role, you will impact the organization by supporting efficient HR Advisory delivery and helping to improve HR processes that enhance workforce management and business efficiency productivity.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Coaching & Development

  • Provide coaching to people leaders on HR practices, enhancing their capability to manage their teams effectively.
  • Address skill gaps through standardized coaching conversations tailored to individual needs.

Process & Policy Guidance

  • Support the development and implementation of HR processes and policies.
  • Assist in talent acquisition by supporting offer creation and guiding managers through the process.

Self-Service Enablement

  • Promote the use of self-service tools and resources among managers, facilitating training and support for their effective usage.
  • Track the adoption rate of self-service tools through analytical metrics, ensuring continuous improvements and identifying trends.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Maintain open lines of communication with regional HR teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity in roles and responsibilities.
  • Participate in the rollout of new HR initiatives and tools, ensuring managers are equipped with necessary information and support.

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for automation and process improvements.
  • Lead efforts to enhance user experience by refining HR processes and tools.

Others

  • Support compliance with HR policies, procedures, processes and local legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with other HR CoE stakeholders, and business leaders to improve HR functional delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Relevant experience in HR, ie operations, business partner, and/ or HR service delivery.
  • Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Result oriented
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with HCM software, AI and other data management portals.
