What would you do Day-to-day activity: Execute new-hire onboarding (pre-boarding to 30/60/90), coordinate induction/training/buddy programs, ensure policy/verification compliance, and support placement management (deployment/redeployment, bench utilization, internal mobility) with accurate tracker hygiene. Key responsibilities:
- Run pre-boarding logistics, documentation, and Day-1 readiness; deliver structured onboarding touchpoints.
- Track new-hire milestones (equipment, training completion, early productivity) and escalate risks.
- Maintain placement pipeline and redeployment opportunities with hiring/ops; schedule interviews and update statuses.
- Capture feedback to improve the onboarding experience. Work Model & Shifts: WFO; US shift flexibility when needed for placements.
