What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsEmployee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes. The Team Lead will oversee and guide the HR operations team, ensuring the efficient execution of processes related to Workforce Data Administration (WDA), Compensation, and Performance Management. They will provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the team while ensuring compliance with both company and client policies, standards, and system processes (preferably Oracle HRIS). The Team Lead will also collaborate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality HR services.

  • Meaningful Conversation: Being a People Lead, people conversations are essential for building trust, fostering development, and maintaining a positive team environment: I. Open and Honest Communication: Foster a culture of transparency by having regular, open conversations with team members. Address concerns, provide feedback, and actively listen to their input. This helps build trust and ensures the team feels heard II. Well-Documented Conversations: Keep clear and consistent records of key conversations, especially performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development plans. Documentation ensures that both you and the team member have a shared understanding of progress and expectations. All documentation on People Connect Tool (PCT) should be completed on or before 20th of every month What are we looking for
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate
  • Certifications in HRO Process, Payroll Processing and Compliance is a plus WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources Operations (HRO), with expertise in Workplace Benefits Administration (WBA), Compensation Management, and Performance Management
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies like Supervisor Scorecard, Policy 1000 Speaking up and Zero Tolerance for Retaliation, Policy 1001- Respecting the Individual, When to Involve HR, Accenture Security Operations Center (ASOC) Phone at +1 202 728 0645, Emotional Wellbeing Solutions (EWS) Phone at +1 888 712 1806, Business Ethics Helpline, processes, and systems related to employee compensation, benefits, and performance management
  • Proficiency in Oracle HRMS or similar HR systems is highly preferred
  • Experience in managing teams and running operations for a client/service for 1 3 years
  • Experience with Payroll processing and compliance is a plus
