What would you do Our Recruitment Centre of Excellence supports business in all aspects of talent acquisition. The team works in partnership with recruitment teams to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies with the aim of generating candidates, creating talent pools and delivering against recruitment and growth targets. The Recruitment Admin Senior Analyst leads a team of highly energized recruitment Associates and is responsible for service delivery for Recruitment Admin Service Line supported by Accenture driven activities to meet requirements (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs) This role advises the client regarding recruitment matters and is accountable for effective fulfillment of the recruitment demand. What are we looking for

  • Bachelor's degree (Any discipline) Desirables:
  • Certified Recruitment Professional
  • 6 Years of overall experience
  • 4+ years of end to end recruitment in a search firm, Recruitment Managed Service environment (Preferably International support), RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) or an in-house corporate recruitment team with relevant strong experience in sourcing & screening of candidates through Job Portals, professional sites, networking, head hunting, employee referrals
  • 1+ years of team handling experience
  • Volume (Bulk Hiring), lateral hiring and niche skills recruiting experience. Desirables:
  • Experience of handling team of sourcing analysts or talent search analysts.
  • Agro Chemical recruiting
  • Experience in RPO set up for multi- country support
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong customer orientation - high level of responsiveness to urgent requests or troubleshooting.
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Good organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills to deliver to deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate high levels of confidentiality
  • Extensive and demonstrable experience of sourcing candidates utilising a variety of methods including networking, on-line and off-line advertising, internet search (data mining), database searching and the use of Web 2.0 methodology (Google AdWords/Social Media etc.), social media hiring in addition to utilising relevant recruitment providers
  • Previous experience of working with recruitment ATS (applicant tracking system) or vacancy management systems e.g. Taleo, SuccessFactors, Kanexa etc.
  • Use of talent market mapping strategies to identify more right-fit candidates
  • Previous experience of working with recruitment ATS (applicant tracking system) or vacancy management systems e.g. Taleo, Workday, Kenexa etc.
  • Clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent.
  • Working knowledge of other MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint & One Note) - Ability to understand and make sense of large amounts of data in a complex environment, strong Excel & Word skills with focus on data analytics, ability to comprehend and quickly learn client data bases / menu based systems and ability to present data in a comprehensible format Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Delivery & Client management:Responsible for repeatable, predictable and measurable operations which includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment process as designed, ensuring appropriate approvals at relevant stages and ensure the up to date documentation of the recruitment processes.
  • Provide support to the aligned team members in the management of candidates as required.
  • Manage & monitor external applicant tracking system, ensuring that accurate and up to date information is recorded on the candidate profiles in the database and applicants are properly tracked and moved through appropriate workflow activity stages
  • Must have clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. Detailed understanding of Process metrics e.g. SLA, OLA, KPI.
  • Plan, implement & monitor volume allocation strategies within teams / resources ensuring optimum workload for the team members for meeting timelines & accuracy levels as per defined standards
  • Ensure service measures & outcomes are met in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Manage service issues & escalations via escalation process. Perform root cause analysis and suggest appropriate corrective & preventive actions for accurate & timely service delivery and satisfactory issue resolutionSubject Matter expertise / Training/Updates/ Quality/ documentation
  • In-depth understanding of Employee & Org data Mgmt Processes ( New hire, exit, Job changes etc) Processes to meet Business requirements (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs)
  • OE OPEX & Continuous Improvement
  • Collaboration-Participates in various internal or client initiatives related to process
  • Team Management & Team Development-Recruit & on-board new team members
  • Ensure that the team is adequately staffed and resources have the right skills required for the job. Liaise with leadership, recruitment and IJP Teams on staffing requirements, Any Graduation
