Job Title: Senior HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Specialist Trainer

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Service Delivery professional (Trainer) with 10+ years of expertise in HR operations, process optimization, and employee services. The role involves overseeing HR service delivery processes while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD), service governance, and continuous improvement. In addition, the role will include mentoring and training fresh graduates to build future HR service capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversaw end-to-end HR service delivery processes including onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding.
- Ensured compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and organizational HR policies.
- Managed and optimized HR service platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD).
- Led continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
- Analyzed service metrics and prepared reports on SLA adherence, case resolution, and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborated with HR business partners, COEs, and leadership to align HR service delivery with organizational goals.
- Provided training and mentorship to new hires and graduate trainees on HR processes, systems, and compliance.
- Handled escalations and complex HR service cases with professionalism and resolution focus.
- Supported global/regional HR service delivery models, shared service centers, or COE frameworks.
