What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Employee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. Design, develop, implement and manage business solutions within Workday s HCM Tracking Library focusing on the talent and performance management data and aspects of an organization.
What are we looking for Essentials:
- Up to 4 Years overall experience
- 1 - 3 yrs. business experience with Leave administration background
- Experience of working on Workday & ServiceNow Desirable:
- Exposure to BPO industry
