This includes tasks like payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding, and handling employee records. The goal is to ensure that HR services are delivered efficiently and accurately. Effective HR delivery supports employee needs and helps maintain smooth HR operations. It is essential for ensuring a positive employee experience and organizational efficiency. Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization. This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions.
