What would you do Understand, Analyse, and Execute Client Processes: Thoroughly review the client-specific processes and instructions as per GWI, Localization or template-based procedures to ensure consistent and accurate execution. Analyse workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency and ensure adherence to established guidelines Manage Process-Related Queries: Proactively handle all process-related inquiries, seeking guidance from the leads or tenured subject matter experts (SMEs) when facing complex issues. Ensure that all communications, both written and verbal, are clear, professional, and of high quality. It should be in sync with all SMEs in the account according to established process Data Security and Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive client data by strictly adhering to data protection guidelines and protocols around audit approach towards Personal Identifiable transactions. Implement measures to prevent unauthorized access to confidential information in accordance with account level standards Data Entry and Service Request Management: Efficiently enter data into HR1S and handle service requests via the Oracle Helpdesk system as and when needed, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution. Provide support and manage requests in a structured and organized manner Work Accuracy and Review: Double-check all completed work before submission to ensure it meets the required standards. This is to ensures that transactions or Service request is error-free, resulting into client satisfaction Extract, Analyse, and Deliver Reports: Extract relevant data from various sources, analyse it for consistency and accuracy, and deliver comprehensive output reports. These reports should reflect accurate data processing and actionable insights for authorized recipients as per reporting requirements Understanding Process Metrics: Thorough understanding of the existing metrics used in the process, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ensure performance consistently meets and know how around different metrics are in place across team members Timely Task Completion: Consistently meet deadlines by completing tasks within the assigned time frames, ensuring work is delivered according to SLAs or timelines defined by leads. Monitor progress to avoid delays and maintain optimal efficiency

What are we looking for Hand-on Knowledge of HRMS (SAP, Workday, Oracle) is required

  • 4-6 years of experience in Human Resource Operations (HRO) with prior knowledge of HR processing.
  • Hands on experience of managing work through workflow tools like Oracle.
  • The process would involve in depth interaction with the onshore counterparts, client and candidate must have excellent command over verbal and written English
  • Should be proficient with MS Office Tools
  • Expertise in ensuring data privacy, security, and compliance with legal and client-specific data protection standards
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality by strictly adhering to client data protection policies and legal standards, ensuring all sensitive information is securely handled.
  • Demonstrate the ability to think critically and maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring thorough and accurate completion of all HR responsibilities
  • Utilize time management skills to organize and plan work efficiently, maximizing productivity and minimizing delays Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
  • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors
  • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management
  • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
  • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others
  • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
