Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing Profit & Loss (P&L) for the assigned pharma business unit
- Conduct sales variance analysis to identify trends, gaps, and business opportunities
- Support monitoring of business turnover and ensure alignment with budget and forecasts
- Prepare and analyze Gross Contribution (GC) reports and MIS dashboards
- Assist in pricing and costing analysis to support profitability and market competitiveness
- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing activities
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity in SAP system (SAP HANA preferred)
- Assist in identifying cost optimization and margin improvement opportunities
Required Experience & Skills:
- Mandatory experience in Pharmaceutical industry (domestic formulation business)
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Finance / Commercial Finance / FP&A roles
- Strong exposure to P&L management, variance analysis, pricing, costing, and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience in SAP (SAP HANA preferred)
- Experience handling large business volumes / turnover preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)- Mandatory
- 4–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in pharma finance
