This role is part of the centralized HR function supporting both Prasuma and Meatigo, with the primary hiring responsibility for the Meatigo brand.
Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We're looking for a dynamic HR professional passionate about building high-performing teams through strategic talent acquisition. In this role, you'll own end-to-end recruitment, enhance candidate experience, and drive hiring operations across functions — all while contributing to our employer brand and talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level and lateral roles across departments.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and niche platforms.
- Conduct HR interviews, assess cultural fit, and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, refine job descriptions, and align on hiring strategies.
- Negotiate offers, manage background verification, and oversee joining formalities.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and hiring analytics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire).
- Ensure a seamless, candidate-centric experience — from application to onboarding.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics, including documentation, orientation planning, and stakeholder communication.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., campus drives, job fairs, social media campaigns).
What We're Looking For
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field; CAIIB/HR certifications are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations — ideally with exposure to both agency and in-house recruitment models.
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment, especially for mid-to-senior roles in fast-paced environments.
- Strong candidate and stakeholder engagement skills — ability to influence hiring decisions and manage expectations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable managing high-volume hiring independently while consistently meeting SLAs and quality benchmarks.
- Proficiency in recruitment metrics, reporting, and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
- Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever) and HRIS platforms is advantageous.
