Responsibilities

- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and address employee concerns.
- Conduct performance management processes and assist in employee evaluations.
- Participate in training and development programs for employees.
- Assist with payroll administration and benefits management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
