Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Lifecycle Management:
- Candidate Identification: Source candidates via portals, social networking, headhunting, references, job postings, and internal database.
- Screening: Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate potential and interest.
- Negotiation: Discuss compensation and benefits with candidates, submit recommendations to clients, and follow up until closure.
- Coordination: Act as liaison between clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- MIS Reporting: Maintain and submit daily recruitment reports.
Client & Industry Focus:
- Handle the healthcare, hospital, and pharmaceutical domains exclusively.
- Positions handled range from junior to senior levels.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly to ensure quality and long-lasting placements.
Leadership & Relationship Management:
- Demonstrate leadership in managing the recruitment cycle.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining recruitment quality standards.
