Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Lifecycle Management:

  • Candidate Identification: Source candidates via portals, social networking, headhunting, references, job postings, and internal database.
  • Screening: Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate potential and interest.
  • Negotiation: Discuss compensation and benefits with candidates, submit recommendations to clients, and follow up until closure.
  • Coordination: Act as liaison between clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • MIS Reporting: Maintain and submit daily recruitment reports.

Client & Industry Focus:

  • Handle the healthcare, hospital, and pharmaceutical domains exclusively.
  • Positions handled range from junior to senior levels.
  • Understand client requirements thoroughly to ensure quality and long-lasting placements.

Leadership & Relationship Management:

  • Demonstrate leadership in managing the recruitment cycle.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining recruitment quality standards.
