JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Contract Labour Management at shop-floor
  • To monitor and ensure whether attendance and over-time is in compliance (whether OT is authorised/not, legal working days/hours are followed, no continuous working other than defined work hours etc.)
  • To maintain shop-floor discipline (no uninformed absence, no use of mobile phone in work area, no use of alcoholic substances like Gutka, tobacco etc.)
  • Smooth Plant operations from people perspective
  • Payroll Administration & Time office Management -
  • Consolidation of Payroll Inputs including payment and deductions for staff and workers
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll for workers and contractors Verification for workers
  • Responsible for maintaining accuracy of time office Management including attendance, leave management system for workers and staff
  • Industrial Relations and interaction with Union-
  • Support for communication and interaction with Union
  • Actively support for disciplinary action of workers
  • Maintain communication with workers
  • Support and provide necessary information to Management
  • Supporting in Statutory Compliance
  • Monthly and Annual Legal Compliance under labour laws
  • Handling of Provident Fund, Apprentice Act & ESIC specifically for Contract labour
  • Supporting Management for Corporate projects, events and employee welfare activities
  • Maintain statutory Registers and documents as per compliances
  • To handle daily HR operational activities
  • To Support for Implementation of new attendance system
  • To support HR Manager for various activities as and when required
  • HR Operations & systems
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality and process efficiency
