Payroll Administration & Time office Management -
Consolidation of Payroll Inputs including payment and deductions for staff and workers
Ensure accuracy of payroll for workers and contractors Verification for workers
Responsible for maintaining accuracy of time office Management including attendance, leave management system for workers and staff
Industrial Relations and interaction with Union-
Support for communication and interaction with Union
Actively support for disciplinary action of workers
Maintain communication with workers
Support and provide necessary information to Management
Supporting in Statutory Compliance
Monthly and Annual Legal Compliance under labour laws
Handling of Provident Fund, Apprentice Act & ESIC specifically for Contract labour
Supporting Management for Corporate projects, events and employee welfare activities
Maintain statutory Registers and documents as per compliances
To handle daily HR operational activities
To Support for Implementation of new attendance system
To support HR Manager for various activities as and when required
