Job Description
MantraCare is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with hands-on exposure to international hiring, strong knowledge of job portals, and prior experience working with HR recruitment or staffing companies. The role requires handling high-volume recruitment calls and managing the complete hiring cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international roles
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.)
- Actively manage and optimize job postings on multiple portals
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day for candidate screening and follow-ups
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate data, MIS, and recruitment trackers
- Manage candidate communication across different time zones
- Ensure closure of positions within defined TATs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in HR recruitment
- Proven experience in international hiring
- Strong hands-on experience using job portals for sourcing and hiring
- Background in HR recruitment / staffing companies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-volume calling (100 calls/day)
- Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience hiring for multiple international geographies
- Immediate or short notice period preferred
- Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
