The Role

As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
