Job Title: HR Recruitment Specialist NABH
Job Summary:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of clinical and non-clinical staff while ensuring all hiring processes meet NABH standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Ensure recruitment documentation and processes comply with NABH guidelines.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and NABH-compliant onboarding.
- Work with department heads to understand manpower needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR.
- 35 years of recruitment experience in a hospital.
- Strong knowledge of NABH requirements related to HR and staffing.
Skills:
- Good communication & coordination skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare recruitment.
- Strong documentation and compliance focus.
