We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and selecting talent, with the ability to identify the best candidates for our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to identify potential candidates.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification as part of the hiring process.
  • Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives to promote the employer brand.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience with various recruitment methods and tools, including job boards and social media.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS/ATS software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
