We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and selecting talent, with the ability to identify the best candidates for our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to identify potential candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification as part of the hiring process.
- Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives to promote the employer brand.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience with various recruitment methods and tools, including job boards and social media.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS/ATS software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
