Job Overview
The Senior Executive, HR Recruitment, plays a key role in identifying, engaging, and
onboarding the right talent to join our growing team. This position involves managing the
end-to-end recruitment process from drafting JDs to final onboarding ensuring a
seamless, efficient, and high-quality candidate experience.
You'll be the bridge between hiring managers, recruitment partners, and candidates,
ensuring every hiring process reflects the company's values and professionalism.
Responsibilities
1. Headcount Planning and monitoring
Support the CHRO and leadership team to draft and monitor the ongoing
headcount plan
Ensure adherence to budgets as per the headcount plan while recruiting talent
Mumbai Ensure timely recruitment to meet Headcount plan requirements.
2. Job Description & Approvals
Draft clear and accurate JDs in coordination with hiring managers.
Get approvals for job roles, budgets, and headcounts before initiating hiring.
3. Recruitment Database Management
Maintain and update the Recruitment Master File with accurate candidate and
interview data.
Keep records organized for reporting and review purposes.
4. Sourcing & Coordination
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala), referrals,
and hiring partners.
Manage communication with recruitment agencies and consultants for open
positions.
5. Interview Process
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring panels.
Interview candidates to evaluate communication, attitude, and culture fit.
Share detailed feedback and next steps with the respective managers.
6. ATS Management
Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly with candidate details and
status.
Maintain accuracy and generate reports as required.
7. Offer & Onboarding
Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
Ensure a smooth transition from selection to onboarding.Qualifications
MBA in HR
2 years of relevant HR Recruitment experience, preferably with at least 1 year in
a startup.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
