Requirements
We are looking for a dynamic, highly driven
HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of our hiring engine and core HR operations.
What You'll Do: This is a hybrid role for a multi-tasker who loves the thrill of recruiting but also excels at building a great workplace.
- Aggressive Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment with a major focus on Commodity Export Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance.
- Tech-Driven Sourcing: Be the ultimate tech-savvy recruiter. You will leverage Zoho Recruit (Mandatory), LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and modern AI-based sourcing tools to hunt down top talent.
- HR Operations & Engagement: Manage everything from seamless employee onboarding and exit processes to daily administration, attendance, and leave management.
- Culture Champion: Act as the go-to person for employee queries, driving engagement initiatives to keep our team motivated and aligned with our growth.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 34 years of proven experience bridging Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist duties.
- Tech Skills: Highly tech-savvy with hands-on, mandatory experience in Zoho Recruit.
- Hiring Expertise: Prior experience recruiting for Export Sales, Marketing, and Logistics is a huge plus.
- Personality: A fast-paced executor with excellent communication skills who thrives in a high-growth, onsite work environment.
