HR - Recruitment Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruitment Executive to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes within a leading pharmaceutical group.

You will assist in attracting, evaluating, and onboarding the right talent to support the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals, LinkedIn, and social

media platforms.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Support in drafting and posting job advertisements on online platforms.

Assist in conducting initial HR rounds and evaluating candidate suitability.

Help in the onboarding process for new employees.

Collaborate with HR team members on campus recruitment drives and internal

referral programs.

Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and values.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,

Psychology, or a related field.

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship experience are encouraged

to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR fundamentals.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
