HR Recruitment Consultant / Executive / Trainee

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our HR recruitment team in Bangalore. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to and develop your skills in all aspects of recruitment, from strategic sourcing to client management.

Role:

• Handing different requirements ( IT / non-IT / BPO etc)
• Candidate Searching / Sourcing
• Communicating with candidates
• Co-ordination for interview process, Offer and Joining

Will also involve -

• Client Interaction - discuss requirements, hiring plan
• Leading a team, account management, mass hiring, social media recruitment, decision making, innovation, promotion, etc

Job Profile: 

As a part of our team, you will have the chance to contribute and develop your skills in end-to-end recruitment, strategic sourcing, client / account management.

IMPORTANT - Freshers with knowledge in Recruitment and passion for a career in Recruitment or experienced Recruiter with experience in recruiting for BFSI (bulk hiring) or IT (emerging technology) are eligible.

Criteria -

• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in recruitment 
• Passion for recruitment and a strong desire to build a career in the field
• Excellent communication skills in English and any regional languages (a plus)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking)
• Proficiency in using computers and the internet for research and communication
• Knowledge of recruitment in BFSI (bulk hiring) or IT (emerging technologies) (a plus)
