Location : Saket, Delhi

5.5 Days Work Week, Hybrid (4 Days On-site Per Week are Must)

Monday - Friday (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM), Last 2 Saturdays of the month working

                                                             JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Recruiter. HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing potential candidates to hiring. Human Resources Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, designing and implementing recruitment policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications :

• Experience in managing the full recruitment cycle
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Must Haves :

• Min 1 Year of experience in preferably with an advertising agency
• Knowledge of using Linkedin for hiring
• Basic Knowledge of HR policy making
• Good, Negotiation Skills, Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ambition and The Desire To Prove Yourself
• Love for everything Influencer Marketing 

INTERVIEW PROCESS

The evaluation consists of 2 rounds of interviews conducted on separate days.

1st ROUND : The first discussion will be a virtual round on Google Meet.

Final ROUND : For Candidates, who clear the first round of discussion, the final round of interview

will be scheduled after the complete submission of the relevant documents at our Saket, Delhi office.

Duration :

First Round: 20-30 Min

Final Round: 30-45 Min
