• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract talent.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and records.
• Provide regular updates to the management regarding recruitment status.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
