We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level MBA candidates who are looking to start their career in human resources and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract talent
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to management

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes
• MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
