Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Noida. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill non technical roles. Key responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates
• Experience in utilizing recruitment tools and job boards
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with the travel industry is a plus
• IF have consultancy experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
