This role requires exceptional sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with IT hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and team dynamics.
- Develop and implement effective IT talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other innovative channels.
- Screen and assess technical candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, coding tests, and final interview rounds.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated with IT industry trends, market demands, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of total experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
- Proven experience with full-cycle technical recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple IT positions and prioritize hiring needs.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
