HR Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment process from sourcing to joining
• Must have experience inbulk and mass hiring(especially frontline staff)
• Search candidates through job portals, references, and social media
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers
• Work with different departments to understand their hiring needs
• Maintain records and prepare daily recruitment reports (Excel knowledge is a must)
• Follow up with selected candidates until they join

• Experience in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Must be good at Excel and reporting
• Able to handle multiple job openings at the same time
