We are currently looking for an HR Recruiter for Noida location.

Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Understand hiring requirements in coordination with hiring managers.

Post job openings on job portals (Naukri.com), social media, and company platforms.

Source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and managers.

Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.

Support onboarding and induction activities.

Qualifications

• MBA-HR
• Experience: 2-3 years
• Communication Skills: Excellent (Both Written and Verbal)
• Good negotiation and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
