Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives.
