Agha Caravan International is a 3 decade old recruitment firm based in Mumbai (Nariman Point). We are majorly into Overseas Recruitment. We are empanelled with Top-Most Companies in the global market. We have openings for Junior /Senior - HR Recruiter and Technical Recruiter/Consultant for our own consultancy.
Requirements -
- Experience - 1 - 5 Years of recruitment experience (Freshers with MBA in HR can also apply) & For senior & technical recruiter 4 - 10+ years of recruitment experience.
- Candidate should have knowledge of using Job Portals and Social Media sites like - LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine etc
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiar with maintaining databases and Excel is plus
- Candidates should be professional and work oriented.
- Go-getter, adaptive and taking initiatives for company growth.
Work - On Site - 9:30 - 6:30 (Nariman Point)
