HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition

Role Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for BPO, Sales, BD, and support roles
• Manage hiring funnel through ATS and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers
• Promote DEI practices and contribute to employer branding

Key Deliverables:

• Monthly closure of Non-IT vacancies with TAT compliance
• ATS pipeline and hiring status updates
• Weekly sourcing and screening reports
• Recruitment process improvements and strategy inputs
