Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds

Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline 

1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
