Job Title: HR Recruiter( immediate joiners preferred )

About the Role : We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with proven experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and delivering within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Handle bulk hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases
- Conduct initial screening and HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build a strong and consistent talent pipeline
Key Requirements
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in recruitment
- Strong exposure to bulk hiring and BPO hiring
- Experience in junior-level hiring
- Exposure to IT and Non-IT recruitment preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment Working Days
- Monday to Saturday ( Half Day)
