Location: West Delhi

Salary Up-to - Min 15K to Max 25k + Incentives

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our consultancy team. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for hiring talent, we'd love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references

Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

Understand client hiring requirements and share relevant profiles

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum 1 yr of BPO recruitment exp along with hands on experience on Job portals

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

6 Days WFO | Fixed Day Shift | Fixed Sunday Off
