HR Recruiter

Spes Manning Solutions is seeking a motivated and driven HR Recruiter to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in Human Resources. You will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our BPO roles, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding for BPO roles.
• Sourcing Candidates:Utilize various platforms like job portals, social media, and employee referrals to identify suitable candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary telephonic and video interviews to assess candidates suitability for the role and company culture.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their requirements and align on hiring needs.
• Database Management:Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking systems regularly.
• Market Research: Stay updated with industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and effective sourcing techniques.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.

• Salary: A package of 3 LPA for freshers.
• Work Schedule: A fix day shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Days Off:6 days working, with Saturday being a half-day.
