RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source potential candidates from various online channels like job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to create shortlists of qualified individuals.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate information in our database.
- Communicate with candidates promptly and professionally throughout the hiring process.
- Assist the senior HR team with recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Please note that this is a freelance or contract-based position, offering you the flexibility to manage your work while gaining valuable industry experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply. Prior internship experience in recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
