Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
2. Prepare clear and accurate JD for all open positions
3. Create and post job descriptions on various platforms.
4. Source candidates through portals, social media, references, and networks daily.
5. Screen resumes and Short listing candidate
6. Schedule interviews daily.
7. Maintain candidate pipelines for all active positions.
8. Maintain recruitment reports and update hiring status regularly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment (13 years preferred).
Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Good communication and interview handling skills.
Must have worked in agencies/Consultancy
