Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for Field Sales / Tele Sales profiles
- Hiring candidates specifically from:
- BFSI Sales
- Banking Sales
- Insurance Sales
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting relevant candidates
- Conducting initial interviews and coordinating further rounds
- Daily follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining recruitment data and reports
Candidate Requirements
- Must have experience in **recruitment of sales profiles (BFSI / Banking / Insurance)
- Strong understanding of field sales and telesales hiring
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Must be **based in Pune**
- **Mandatory Wi-Fi connection** for work-from-home setup
- Ability to start immediately
