Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a passion for finding and attracting top talent. You will play a key role in managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates skills and fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and recruitment strategies
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Provide regular updates to the team on recruitment progress

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong understanding of job descriptions and recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of various sourcing techniques including social media and networking
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
