Job Title:

HR Recruiter - Guidewire Technology Hiring- Urgent Hiring- Immediate Joiners only.

Location:

Hyderabad, Telangana (Onsite) Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday.

Experience:

3-5 years in Technical Recruitment

Minimum 1-2 years hiring for Guidewire roles (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Integration, Configuration, QA, Architecture, etc.)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR/Technical Recruiter with strong exposure to Guidewire technology hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top Guidewire talent across modules such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Integration, Configuration, Cloud, and QA. This role demands a deep understanding of Guidewire skills, strong stakeholder management, and endtoend recruitment ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Guidewire-Specific Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for Guidewire roles:
    • PC/BC/CC Developers
    • Integration Developers (Gosu, Java, GW Integration Framework)
    • Configuration Developers
    • Guidewire QA (Automation/Manual)
    • Guidewire Architects / Tech Leads
    • GW Cloud (GWCP) roles
    • Business Analysts (GW Certified)
  • Source candidates through various channels: social platforms, referrals, internal databases, agencies, job boards.
  • Screen profiles for Guidewire certifications, skill depth, version expertise, and domain knowledge (P&C Insurance).
  • Conduct preliminary technical screening to assess fit for module-specific demands.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Partner with Delivery Managers, Practice Heads, and Hiring Managers to define job requirements.
  • Provide insights on market availability, talent quality, and hiring timelines.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure smooth communication.

Interview & Process Management

  • Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and client discussions.
  • Maintain structured feedback loops with interview panels.
  • Ensure timely offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate closure.

Pipeline & Talent Branding

  • Build and maintain a Guidewire talent pipeline for ongoing and future needs.
  • Promote the organization's Guidewire practice and growth story to candidates.

Data & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational hiring processes and documentation standards.

Technical/Recruitment Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Guidewire InsuranceSuite modules and roles.
  • Ability to evaluate resumes for Gosu, Java, Integration Framework, APD, Cloud, Workflow, Rules, and other GW-related skills.
  • Experience hiring for large Guidewire transformation programs is a plus.
  • Excellent sourcing ability across Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, GitHub, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Strong experience with ATS systems.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple reqs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and planning skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience hiring for large IT services/consulting firms.
  • Understanding of P&C insurance domain.
  • Familiarity with Guidewire certification paths (nice to have).
  • Experience supporting global hiring (US, UK, APAC).
