Roles and Responsibilities:

A Recruiter is a professional responsible for helping a company hire ideal candidates for open positions. This is a dynamic role with a variety of duties and responsibilities, including:

Understanding the hiring requirements from HR Manager

Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks

Reviewing resumes and screening candidates, Outbound calls.

Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers

Ensuring the testing requirements match the job.

Giving the team and management frequent recruiting reports and assessments.

Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates

Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices

Good in MS Excel

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter for 6m to 2 years

Experience with sourcing techniques, basic qualification, good knowledge in recruitment.

Understanding of referral programs

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Sound judgement and confident

Graduate / Mba fresher
