- Candidate follow-up aur joining process manage karna
- Employee documents aur HR records maintain karna
- Recruitment targets time par complete karna
- Weekly recruitment reports prepare karna
Required Skills- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Recruitment ka basic knowledge
- Job portals ka experience
- MS Excel aur basic computer knowledge
- Strong follow-up aur coordination skills
Qualification- Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
